Bump button in threads

Instead of posting a comment every time with #Bump or #Push, let's add a little button behind [Thread Tools] saying [Bump] that will automaticly post a comment for us with the text we select in User CP.
You will also have a setting tab for bumping in "User CP" where you can paste text or image you want to be shown in the "bump comment", something like the Edit signature field in User CP.
