start:

You win with farming: attacking=>gold=>better attacking=>more gold

x. Dont kill weak enemies, DONT DESTROY their wall, leave it for later farming. It's easier to feed at weak players than at strong players.
x. If you are strong enough to kill ALL, then start killing the strongest Automaton
x. buy movespeed any time its needed. It is now better and cheaper than in the beginning of CnR.

0. look where they run, send immediately a scout there, if there is any enemy run there. Else run where you think they are. Use windwalk to walk the long ways faster. Time is money
A big question is: when to run back or better port back the first time? In my oppinion it is best at 200 or 300 gold. Because you have ~DOUBLE DPS after shopping. But i am not sure at this point.
1. buy damage items until you got 11 damage
2. buy alternating attackdamage and attackspeed(max +80%), but always sell old attackspeed, since they dont stack. When you have 15 damage you should have/buy the 80% attackspeed item
3. now you will need more survivability: buy some hp so you feel strong enough
4. buy damage items until you got at least 3200 gold in damage and attackspeed items
5. buy attackspeed +200% for 1600 gold or directly +400% for 3200 gold. THE 400% ATTACKSPEED ITEM is very important and should reached as fast as possible (with also 3200 gold in damage items).
6. attackdamage and HP items
7. don't get armor before you don't have 32k HP (because HP is ALWAYS better before you dont have more than 25k HP)
8. When you farm for the first trollpoint (TP) you should have:
with good farm: boots, AS 400%, 32k HP, 3 * 256damage
with ok farm and stronger automatons: boots, AS 400%, 32k HP, 2*256damage, 56% Armor
9. first TP: good farm: buy weapon and 56% armor
bad farm: buy HP
At this stage and later don't try to hunt automaton helpers. You would waste your time and gold.
10. second TP: the opposite of point 9
11. if you need more survivability buy 320k HP and 92% Armor (total of only 4 TPs and really strong)
try to skip the 1TP Armor, because it has a bad cost-effectiveness
12. In the very lategame you might need to buy regen item to be able to survive because the cost-effectiveness stops at 320k HP.
the 400k HP item should be the very last item.

Basics:

-dont buy regeneration and armor, HP should be enough- The hut heals you if you are in center. If you upgrade Hut, it heals you faster. Armor starts to be good at 32000 HP. Regen starts to be good, when you cant buy any more armor and HP (320k-400k HP, 92-98% Armor)

-attackspeed doesnt stack, always sell old ones
-damage stacks
-hp stacks partly: different "gold hp" stacks, troll HP doesn't stack.
-armor doesn't stack
-regen is usually useless so i dont know

Best damage Output:

Gold= Gold given for attackdamage and attackspeed items
AD= your total attackdamage per Hit
IAS = Increased attackspeed (=the attackspeed item you should buy)
DpBAS - Damage per Basic Attack Speed - Hybrid Hunter's BAS is 1.3s, so it is damage done per 1.3 seconds

You should read it like this:
1. Count about your gold in attackdamage and attackspeed item, eg. "2455".
2. go down the Gold column to last row you can pay: row3: "_900"
3. buy the IAS in that line : "+80%" and the rest of your gold in attackdamage.
4. done

Gold | AD| _IAS_ | DpBAS
_400 | 11 | +_20% | _13.2
_600 | 13 | +_40% | _18,2
_900 | 15 | +_80% | _27
3200 | 37 | +200% | 111
5400 | 49 | +400% | 245

It's possible that the damage is not fully exactly due to the games running speed (attackspeed rounded down because of fps)
but its as near as possible with reasonable effort.

You didn't get it? I will try again
For every AS item there is a range, where it has the best cost-effectiveness (without the 100% AS item)

AS => Total Damage per Hit
non => 5-11
20% => 11-13
40% => 13-17
80% =>15-59
200% =>37-79
400% =>49-xxx

The ranges are overlapping because you buy damage items as long as you cant afford the next AS item.

How to keep this in mind?
1. Buy damage until you do 11 damage.
2. Buy damage/AS that you got 80% AS when you have more than 15 damage
3. Buy 200% AS when you have one 1600 gold Damage item (+32 Damage)
4. Buy 400% AS when you have one 1600 gold Damage item (+32 Damage) and one 800 gold Damage item (+16 Damage)

If you want to know more about attackdamage and attackspeed correlation look here:
L4m3ness' list

Bugs, Oversights

-moving HP items in your slot let you drop to your initiate HP of 500. Also other items can lose their function. Unequip and equip it again to reset the item.
-giving an a-click on ground while in windwalk lets you stop "windwalking", this also happens at once if the attack-command is shift-queued after a movement-command. So if you hunt an helper or automaton then use windwalk and run to it (movecommand) until you are very near, then use Attackcommand.
-the worst item is +100% attackspeed for 800gold, never buy it. buy the 200% or the 80% item and buy attackdamage with the rest gold.

Legend:

AD = attack damage
AS = attack speed
DpBAS = Damage per Basic Attack Speed
DR = Damage Reduction
EHP = effective HP
HP = hitpoints
IAS = increased attackspeed
