any one can help to generate the dll , i use visual studio 2022 , 2019 , 2015 , 2013 and i cant build the dll , any one can help me please

i already use VS 2005 , but still cant cmake in that version , it doesnt suopport cmake 3.12 , required 2.8 something like that , but i cant do it with 2.8 in with 2005 vs ,
