Please check the attached txt file and run the query to retreive information about your mob. I added Sphinx_2 as example.
To setup a spawn skill you can check Sphinx's skills with Param2 = 1936945013.
You will note that you need entries to AISkills table too. To add skills to that table you need a unique tactics ID. To properly add an entry to Tactics table, you need to link your object ID from Common table.
Afterwards you can add an entry to AISkills for each spawn skill.
You can see SPHINX_2 is linked to obj ID 38197, that belongs to tactics ID 38490.
Tactics ID is linked to Skills SPHINX2_ATTACK_03/05/06/07 (skill ID 31396, 31398, 31399 and 313400).
Three skills were added to Char table (31396, 31398, 31400), Skill 31399 is not used.
Skills 31398, 31399 and 31400 are spawn skills according to Param2.
Skill 31396 is a "buff on self" skill according to Param1 (reflect).
Skills 31396 and 31399 will be used after n ms time, because Execute Type is set to 1 (Beware: first usage after double time!). 31399 is missing at Char and will not be executed at all.
31398 and 31400 will be used at %HP because Execute Type is set to 0.
