Help about F1 (Skill bar )

i have bug for Skill bar F1 and try to use this

USE SRO_VT_SHARD
UPDATE _RefCharDefault_Quest SET Service = 1
delete from _CHARQUEST where QuestID = 1
INSERT INTO _CharQuest (CharID, QuestID, Status,AchievementCount,StartTime,EndTime,QuestDat a1,QuestData2) SELECT CharID, 1,5,0, '2012-04-13 20:44:00','2012-04-13 20:44:00',31458135,0 FROM _CHAR where CharID > 0

and not work with me


use that in add new char
INSERT INTO _CharQuest (CharID, QuestID, Status, AchievementCount, StartTime, EndTime, QuestData1, QuestData2)
SELECT @ID, ID, 1, 0, getdate(), getdate(), 0, 0
FROM _RefQuest
WHERE CodeName in (SELECT CodeName FROM _RefCharDefault_Quest with(nolock) WHERE (Race = @ or Race = 3) and RequiredLevel = 1 and Service = 1)
IF (@@error <> 0)
BEGIN
ROLLBACK TRANSACTION
RETURN -17
END
don't work



i need any any help please

and try to rename File setting and don't work again
i need to any one help me about that

try this works without any problem on my server
close all modules add this and open server again an dcreate a new char and you will see its fixed

im try to make that but still have bug don't work for new player or old player with me idk why

thanks i find it where bug in _ClientConfig for old char repeated
