VSRO clients/private servers usually have these types of false detections, due to the fact that the files are flagged by Joymax for detection as they are illegal.
Not to mention with packed files and new custom DLLs, false detections are even more common nowadays.
This particular detection is not dangerous, so you are good to go. Just exclude your client folder from Windows Defender, and it should work fine.
However, there definitely are still dangerous clients out there.
Any detections with "Jeefo" or "Neshta" should be deleted, as those are NOT false positives.
Wacatac is most likely to be a false positive, but you can have the scan the whole client folder very well before you intend to play the game.
Because there might be other infections that could be an actual malware/backdoor, I've witnessed stupid stuff like that recently, so don't be a pushover and take care.
I have had this one recently, thought it was false positive and then it infected my svchost.exe had to reinstall windows. Better stay away from that server.
