Per example player A want to transfer sp to player B by extracting custom sp to a scroll, then he exchange scroll to player B, and player B uses the scroll and receives the sp amount that player A transfered.
one of the simple way doesn't require any filter just create an scroll that consume the amount of skill point from player A then it gives you another scroll in the inventory or storage doesn't matter give it to the Player B and then you're done ....

I was planning to change skills like Rising Dragon or Thunderstorm from targeted skills to skillshots like Mighty Hurricane, or Head's UP, blue whale, or others skills like that.
Ends UP only breaking the skill, not even possible to properly landing it... Tryed to copy the skills range/target types in DB/gamesfiles.... Any workaround or ideas ? Thanks !
