Bug Snow Shield with bot ??

I see this bug has been around for quite some time but I searched the forums and didn't see any posts mentioning it. What kind of Bug is this? Any type of BOT you can do this.

Looks like db error and your CD for snow is just visual in media

Check if snow is actually working by damage testing. If it's not a visual bug and you're actually able to utilize snow, then it's DB error. Then go dig up the DB to fix it.

You are just trying to find the cause. Have you tested it on bot and caught this error directly?

simplest solution: at filter record last use time of snow shield and don't let the packet pass to the server if the difference between the last use time and now time > snow delay
