[ZSZC]Does Snow shield "bug" on Pure STR works?

I know from ecSRO Fembria that if a pure STR, had the Snow Shield - Adept (the 2nd book from Snow Shield Series) activated while he is being attacked by a monster or a player, this buff isn't consuming his MP Bar.

I wanna know if here, on zszcSRO, this small "bug" it's working.

Does somebody tested here this buff ?

Snow shield is bugged in zszc... you can have event snow shield Freeze or Instensify and stil doesn't consume you MP

That's why there is a INT limit set for compensation to disallow STR's to use it.
