Error when opening Launcher

When I open Launcher and appear 2 error messages. Click ok and Game works normally. Please solve the problem of the experts about this.

Maybe try to open the client with "edx loader", to see if you still get such errors. If not, it could be the launcher or any related file in your media pk2.
Do you have a working original launcher, without modifications?
Are you able to receive the update information from your server?
It looks like, you get the errors before you see the start button, but without seeing the update information.

Previously it had no errors. I have it stored in Mega and I just took it out to check when I found the error as above. I haven't touched Media,Data etc before opening it. But before I Backup it there is no error.

It is still hard to help with just such few information.
I guess it is a local server or?
If this is the case and you are 100% sure, that your modified launcher was working at all times, you maybe have to check your server/local computer settings for changes.
Maybe it would be sufficient to capture a video, while you are trying to open the files on your computer and upload it for us.
Maybe it is also a good idea to simply use an original media pk2 file and original launcher exe, update the file with ipinput and try to open it. Maybe you get some errors related to missing information, but the launcher should open at least.
Maybe it will also be a good idea to just simply try to open the server with edx loader, to check if it is working without launcher.

Ofc. you could also upload your client for us.
Or check if you have a general issue with any type of sro servers, maybe it will happen with other servers too?

I tried various things with different files this day and cannot create an error like you have.
