I'm having a small problem when I disassemble the items. But I only get a prime count of 1. It's not a large number.
How can I fix it? Ask for advice from experts

I want when I disassemble items to get more elements than 1

Please try to disassemble a non-rare, non-account bound item and check if you have the same issue.
For account bound items you get only 1 element of each kind.
