You need a lottery table with the items and the stored procedure. It's been released out there.
Make sure you have the lottery table, the stored procedure and the right item code number in there.

1)Go to your co directory, find the data folder, and the AutoPatch_pic folder in it.
I.E. use C:\Program Files\Conquer1.0\data\A utoPatch_pic
Once in there find the config.ini file.
