All this does is make your autopatcher say something different and use different pictures.1)Go to your co directory, find the data folder, and the AutoPatch_pic folder in it.
I.E. use C:\Program Files\Conquer1.0\data\AutoPatch_pic
Once in there find the config.ini file.
The contents should look something like this:

To change the words it says in the autopatch box, find
Display =
CopyRight =
Change the words that come after that. I changed mine to
Display = HAHA TQ I BEAT YOU I FOUND IT
CopyRight = Copyright © 2003-2006 TQDigital
To change the picture, find where it says

pic1=
pic2=
pic3=
After the "=" there's a file name. Put the picture you want in the AutoPatch_pic folder and where the original file name is, replace it with the name of the picture you want. To get to use more than 3 pictures, where it says "count=3", type
count=x (x being the amount of pictures you have)
Mine looks like this:
