[VSRO] Request CTF Honor System

Hello lit community, So I was searching recently about CTF Honor system, meaning when players do register in CTF they do get something called 1x Tag per 1x Kill.

For Example:
When a player kills 1x player he gets 1x Tag item and for each kill he keeps getting 1x Tag (1 kill = 1 tag), then after CTF he can use this Tags which he collected in CTF to increase his Honor Points and increase his rank in the Honor ladder - if he has 10x Tags he can get 10x Honor Points.

Any idea how to make this system actually works? it will mean the world to me.

This is pretty simple by a little sql edition using the eventID 20,or just replace the ctf reward from the ini text which located in the server files by a scroll that grants you a specific amount of honor points.
