[VSRO] Immortal Stone Bug

Hello peeps, so recently I got an issue with immortal stones in which the weapon still disappears, destroyed or maximum durability issue even the weapon does have an immortal stone on it, I've checked _RefObjectCommon , _RefObjectItem and _RefMagicOpt and found no issues, any other solutions?

Oh ****, so basically immortal just prevent the disappearance of the weapon?

NOT SOLVED, Becouse he said "with immortal stones in which the weapon still disappears" Sometimes my users told be before that they faces this... i didnt found the solution also.

So it's actually a bug not because of the steady thingy? I read a thread on RZ about it the said compare the lines in the db in the provided tables that I've mentioned earlier but it was clean nothing wrong with it! So I was so confused...

Steady will prevent your weapon from having a maximum
Immortal durability reduction will prevent your weapon from disappearing

Yeah, I totally forgot about that matter.
But some people got this bug even if there is Immortal the weapon actually disappears sometimes if the alchemy fails
