[Solved] Item Mall Tab Not Showing Up

So i have gone thru Media and SQL all propertys are set for service=1
but i cant get this one to show.

1 15 3400 MALL_AVATAR_DRESS MALL_AVATAR_GROUP1 UIIT_STT_SILKMALL_DRESS
