You need to extract the skilldata.txt from the media.pk2 file. Then you need to edit the text. After that you have to import it back into the .pk2 file. Posting the .txt file itself does you no good.

Just to let you know, that thing you quoted wont work.... Becouse if it did you could do it simple by just sending a packet to insert that slot into exchange, Putting an item into exchange has 2 things in its packet:
Action / Slot
example..... 04 13 would be, Put w/e item u got on slot 13 into exchange
05 00 = Remove an item from slot 00 in exchange (00 = first slot)
Now think, Why would changing that in the pk2 change anything?
Changing stuff in the PK2 does NOTHING
Stuff like this thing, Skill SP blah blah ****, isnt becouse you change the pk2... its becouse the packet gets constructed in a different way so you wouldnt even need to change the pk2, its just a glitch in the server not the pk2

Now to the confused people around here, Changing stuff in the pk2 is STILL as useless as its allways been
