So, what we doing is emptying the working set (set of memory pages that the process is currently using.) of sro client process which can help improve performance and reduce memory usage.
This will not improve the performance, it may even slow it down.. but that's up to your cpu.
ya it can slow it down incase the pages that freed are being used frequently while you emptying it continuously, but in client case it will be fine. we are freeing it every like 10 seconds.
what i meant by can improve the perfomance is related to the total physical memory, if the system is running in low physical memory, emptying it will reduce the overall page activities therefore improving system overall performance.

The dll isn't protected a newbie would reverse and figure out the code, assumptions of containing trojan or using without source code springs from your dumpness,If you invest at least 3 of your 44 braincells, you still have 1 to use and 40 that you require to breathe, you wouldn't need to blow out.
The reason why i don't and won't post any more sources, its being sold at other communities.

Memory could be the cheapest computer component nowadays, caching is necessary to save your hard/CPU some work and eventually improve load times.
you are totally wrong, indeed caching is necessary and its not recommend to use this,but keep in mind that this was made for vmwares, also it won't be causing any crashes issues.
loading pages into memory is turbo enough not to affect the performance (at least at our case), imagine using word impact, it loades most likely 50mb every 10 seconds which is nothing wtf
