I decided to make a tutorial how to properly edit a .bsr file , since I've got so many requests / questions on discord
I made a fully video tutorial
In this video the extracted files are :
1 - Data\res\char\china\chinaman_warrior.bsr
2 - Data\prim\ani\mob\karakoram\yeti\yeti_die.ban
3 - Data\prim\snd\arabia\mad_general\die.wav
4 - Media\server_dep\silkroad\textdata\skilleffect.txt
5 - Media\server_dep\silkroad\textdata\effectsound.txt

I'm not going to upload the .bsr files , if you want to get the new animations (dance animations - because everyone went insane for these animations) you have to get them work by your own, you have the fully tutorial video.
Also in the video the animation is getting applied to a skill
In the tutorial you have all the steps how to link that animation to a skill

NOTE!
The animation edited in the video works just for the .bsr file I extracted (chinaman_warrior.bsr)
In the order to enable that animation for all the chars , you have to edit all the chars
