the filezilla service might have been deleted and or stopped.
have you tried restarting your VPS/Dedicated ?

no idea... i checked the notification messages in your picture but nothing is wrong.

maybe you have the wrong folder name in your media?

EDIT: nvm looks like the shardmanager doesn't even delete the guildmark LOL

i'm still getting this error whenever i try to register a new guildmark after deleting my previous one.

the ShardManager actually tries to delete the emblem but I just doesn't work on a non microsoft FTP Server...

Cause:
When connecting to a non-Microsoft FTP server with WinInet APIs, some WinInet FTP APIs may fail with error 12003 (ERROR_INTERNET_EXTENDED_ERROR). The InternetGetLastResponseInfo API may not retrieve any Internet specific information. This error may occur when the FTP server sends an unexpected status code to the WinInet client. Please note that this may not indicate an error, but rather the server's success message or confirmation (such as confirmation of getting a file, sending a directory listing, and so forth). In some cases the WinInet FTP APIs may not parse such messages correctly and erroneously report an error. This may happen when the WinInet FTP APIs are used to connect to certain VAX/VMS FTP servers.

but thats agains such a typical "joymax is so bad in doing thinks"

most of the time u guys aren't just able to correctly setup the server files

anyway I would recommend to use the anonymous user for the client and home it in the SRO_CREST folder already

so you can keep the Path empty and enter just the ip in the type.txt

example:

Language = "English"
Country = "Global"
GameType = "Silkroad"
MarkFTPAddr = "127.0.0.1"
MarkFTPPath = ""

jup, but in this case (deleting a file) it throws an error and thats because you do not use ms ftp

everything else works well, I just wrote this post because u wrote "LOL" in your post like "omg, how dump is joymax" but it is clearly your mistake here

if i wanted to say "joymax is dumb" i would've said so, i used the word "LOL" to express that i made a mistake. i acknowledge my mistakes unlike you.

just in case anybody is looking for answers

"ms ftp" is IIS with the ftp service installed.
