In deed , you have to do these steps :
1. Rename it to whatever you want but you've to make sure it has the same number of characters it has like

Media.pk2 -> Zlawe.azz
Data.pk2 -> Lawe.azz
ETC.
2. After you're figured out the name , your time to hex some .. Load your sro_client - launcher - replacer - gxfilemanager and , change its names in each row . ( Using XVI32 "

How to modify an exe through in xvi
1. Get your exe prepared somewhere ..
2. Download the xvi32 from the link I gave you or use your own
3. Drop the exe inside the program / File -> Open and select your modified exe
4. Press ctrl-F to search for such list
For example.
5. You'll find it sorted together
Now modify em as you want but you've to make sure the number of characters has to be same as the original like I wrote ^.
