Please note when you're choosing file choose the .exe not the .bat the bat file is not needed and put it somewhere not complicated just like C:\CERT

i've rewrote some ***** and organised the code a bit,it was a real mess xD
gonna release when i come back, in ~2 hours (going out).
fixed many stuff like:
- the certification process path ****
- the program was lagging because of the form timers,replaced with System.Threading timer call back.
- re-connect to Global manager if disconnected (if global manager restarted)
- program freeze while starting all modules
- + so much stuff
the program is running smoothly now

But i am missing one feature. I would use it permanently, if it´ll be able to write "Notice" to launcher.

• ban function(not kick, but ban)
  since this is gonna replace smc(lets hope so)
• server status(both online/offline and current population)

1-SMC doesn't ban if character is online but aio will teleport to the specific user kick him then ban him (which will be done on next version as well)
