Srelite team is not released their files, someone took it from them, so those one who took it, its dont give out so much info about emulator, and currently he sniffing packets because of 1.160client

I believe this is done in C# instead of VB6. It was taken from another team as Inv123 has said. It is nowhere close to being complete.
