Put it to DEP list. As I can see you trying to launch Silkroad game so put sro_client.exe to dep's.

i add to Dep and same problem
i change my Windwos 3 times till now
and same Problem all Exe Work fine

You sure that u did it correct? If so then try Edx Loader 6. But seriously DEP solve this problem.

check your ips on ini folder, Restart the iis

i already check all ini and i stuck at DB connection fail....
which file could be wrong too?
