check ur server.cfg info and ur iis (or ur webserver) works fine (some web server must start manualy)
and don't forget FTP server

just write in google how to setup iis on windows (xx) = xp or 7 or vista and so on ..

check the client u use i think it's not vsro client

Did u close DEP?
and check if the global manager don't run on windows 2000 > make it run on windows 2000

so ur IIS (defualt domain or ur domain) was on 8080? or just normal opend buy = u must chage to :80

hmm as i see from pic u still make it on port 80
if u chage it to 8080
so ur asp must be 127.0.0.1:8080/test.asp
