they are using 2 bytes to store them dmg. that why the max dmg is 0xFFFF (65535). 0xFFFF+1 = 0x10000, which means in 2 byte that 0xFFFF+1 = 0.

to fix this "dmg bug" they only had to change the amount of bytes used to store the dmg... thats not even one line of code to change...

The overdmg contains from the client version. The client is just patched for 105 chars but it's still the old. So overdmg just can be solved by taking a new client and i think this is not possible.

As lolkop explained my thought I don't think they can fix it on theirs emu or whatever files they have bcoz it's too difficult for them, impossible is nothing

Its just like an emu for lv 80Cap since they never knew they would hit 65K, but they added new degrees and lvls.. so in my opinion the emu is way 2 old and they dont have coders to edit the emu since they dont have or might not have the source codes for the emu...

Another solution can be nerf everything, including mobs HP, weapons/items stats, etc. By this way they can keep everything normal doing less damage but with the same effect, so reach 65k damage will be difficultier.

If they want to delete dmg limit they have to change client because this is too old.

They are using a WORD (2 Bytes) to store the damage, the minimum value of it is 0x0000 (0) and the maximum value is 0xFFFF (65535, 2^16 - 1).

The reason that your damage is very low is that when the max WORD value (0xFFFF) or any other integer type's max value is reached and you try to add more, it will overflow. It means that there's no space anymore in the memory that's made for the variable so it starts counting from 0x0000 again. So for example when you hit 88888, you will actually hit 23352, 88888 - 65536 = 23352.

The only two ways to fix this are: to reverse both the server and client files and edit it, or like Synx said, hook client & server.

Use ur head too, if they want to fix that ****** dmg limit, the client is too old and the server files too, they would have to change EVERYTHING... Think with ur head not with *****.
