So we wanna ask you what server you want should play we wanna creat 1 from this both cap choose 1 from them
40 cap Idea
it will be a war that never exist in sro
No hotan
only Samakand Conts ( For euro chars)
only Jangan / DW for chin chars
and 1 battle arena to get the war Begin
EU VS CHIN!
Coin System for sun weps !
no sun drops only Moon
90 Cap
Oldschool server
Ch/ Eu
job system
Honor Rank are Job Based
New Scrolls like name change and so on
Auto Equ till 8 dg
10 deleted
only 1 FW
new quests
New NPC
and new drops at uniques

Nothing really new. We even had 30 cap, and guess what - it's dead. As for the 90 cap server, looking at your gameplan, I'd say you have no clue what 'oldschool' stands for.

Neither, the best cap is 80, with no suns, no added ****, and just basic gameplay. Like isro was back in 2007

Cap 70 had no 8dg sun and moon items, but cap 80 had them.

Why does everyone think iSro had no suns? I can name several players which had a full sun+5(+) set on iSro back in 2007.

Well, 70 cap didn't have sun/som items, only sos and normal 1st tier. After 80 cap update, sun/som were added.
