Weird error

I wanted to set up a server on hamachi just to test some stuff..
yesterday i tried with sql2008 r2, now im using 2005, but i keep getting this error after i click start in the launcher

the weird thing is that while the server files are running on my PC, i can't connect to any server... firewall is disabled, ports open, tried with clean media.pk2 and loader too, but i get the same error..

You can't connect with 15779 port while server files are running, try to change the port.

you can use any port except 15779 since the client checks if there runs something. it's a multiclient prevention I guess.

I really need some help if anyone had teamviewer i could just transfer over your file to my computer and not have to go threw all this scress i havent got to play sro in 4 months lol
