Some players feeded back with same issue and they said they've solved problem by disabling their virus programs.

Sorry there is no manual patch.

We're using a dll which packed with themida for Hwid limit. Some virus programs find this dll file suspicious because its packed and they block it. So try to disable your virus program or add your bp folder to exceptions and try again.
