You only need "mfco41d.dll" from that folder, other dlls for some other problems. Actually it should be downloaded automatically by update / patch but somehow its fails for someone, so need to download and replace it manually. And yes that dll for Pc Limit / HWID.

Yesterday we've just made a huge update and replaced ip limit system with pc limit system. ATM there are too many players having problem with login to the game because hwid dll problems. And there was Muslim's festival Eid many people went to holiday + with pc limit proxy chars gone...

if its absurd work for sun items for 5 months then go to find a stupid server which you can get sun sets in 2 days and afterwards server get shutted down in 1 week. Good luck to you with such stupid servers.
