yea some info would be usefull. U should show ur proffesionalism by making any prediction about the fix and the start time, or something.

We're apologize about first bad impresstion we've left.
We will do everything to make sure that it won't happen again.
Anyway, we have fixed the server and now we're ready for a long way.
Really sorry for the issues we had to day, server will be opened again at 10AM, the website time is also aim to that time now. have a good night
