My suggestion:
-First of all you forgot lower axe skill stun rate
-Fix Bitcheon passive, make it work only with blade / sword
-I hate rogue as well, but that nerf may hit them too hard.
-Ch Bow extra attackrate? pls :_D ... Give them 5% extra dmg they will need it for sure.
-Ch Int spear got like 5% magbuff from lightning and thats all. This means you totally wanna cut out spear nukers or what, and who thought give bleed on a glavie skill gonna be a good idea? Holy up can't even debuff eu...
-This Bitcheon Phy Mag buff thing just a rly bad way to go. Sword shield already have a high def because they always able to use shield. (Personally i would like to see lower lvl shields as well, cause shield my main problem like lvl 90-or 85 stats. If you go this way you can keep some sort of phy mag buff for bitcheon mastery.) 10-20 Str-Int and like 10% buff should be enought for them, if you lower shield def it should be enought for sure.
+5 FB Set with 60% stats would be great to these things out.

Why u guys even want to make cold as strong as fire? Make cold a bit stronger, but not as strong as fire. Its like you say a spear nuker doesnt deal as much damage as the eu wizard, lets make nukers stronger...

Making cold stronger is a good thing because it lets you use interesting builds. all imbues should deal equal damage that's why.
