Update so you guys know what's going on:

Conversation with hyperfilter support:
Hyperfilter : There could be a chance the file system (not the hardware), inside the SSD is buggy, causing the writes to be slow, if you read about SSDs on internet you will see there is a chance for this happen.
So, to help you not wasting so much time, I will propose the following:
1) We will install a new DS-3 for you and will confirm the write speeds are fast.
2) You will move everything to the new DS-3.

This is better because:

1) If we tell someone to go to the datacenter, it will take 8-12 hours to replace disks.
2) You would need to reinstall everything anyways, so it would take much time, while in 30-40 minutes we can provide you a new DS-3.
I think this is better right ?

EON: Yup this is better, so then please install a new DS-3 with everything transferred from this one
Hyperfilter: You will have to do the transfer work, because we cannot do it in DC instantly, it would take 8-12 hours to a tech go there, but you can use both DS-3 while you transfer the things, no problem at all.
EON: Alright awesome, how long will it take for the new DS-3 to be prepared?
Hyperfilter: Well, at max, 1 hour, we have it in stock. We will start the installation now. Because, we will format these SSDs with Intel utility later, to ~fix~ the slow writing problem.

So basically we have to wait for hyperfilter to fix their host since the problem is 100% from their side. We need to transfer everything to the new host they will provide us.
So server will open again tomorrow at 14:00 GMT+2, with no lag at all. We really hope you understand the problem is not caused by us and there was no way we could expect such thing to happen. See you tomorrow guys, stay patient it is worth it!

So you guys are informed of what is going on. Just an update new host arrived, we're setting up. Lag is fixed 100%!
