here is the clue
that pic (after relogging) after delivering 5* star trade (4GC, 120M+)
so your problem is either not the required level (Lv90) or low Job Contribution (Like for example low trade *)
and about the daily silk gift i explained it at the main post
if i'd knew that beta was that useless truly i'd never ever open beta xD
