Making his customer information public, I understand your point but when you run/own a service/company/business you talk with your clients and come to a solution before you get anything public.
Pulling the plug is kinda like a last option when you get no response as an example.

Well, why does no one report him? Why is he still on ePvp? and advertising his services?
I guess if he is a real scammer, either you or others should start posting pics on a thread to prove it or an forum admin should need to look into it.
Why should an admin should need to look into it?

ePvp should have some rules imo anyway related to selling services, approve by an admin or no selling/renting via epvp.

do you guys have any idea if i can find such a thing? i downloaded couple of databases: manequin, rainbow, revolution, but all of them are so far from how the game was around 2009.
also, which is the first database and client ever released on this forum?, as i think that might be the closest i can find to what i am...
