Worst serverstart i have ever seen.
Wasn´t there a beta test, what you were testing there? if 10 chars can run arround and kill mobs w/o lagging?
More than 50% of you futures didin´t work at the start (ftw, jobsystem, silk/h, fgw with buggy envy, and so on), some ppl could log in with 3 account (at ip limit 2!), some not, some pets had 1 page some 4.
Economycs failed allrdy too. Nice new (luxury coins) for the rich ppl, who got allrdy billions of gold bevore your announcement, to stabilize the economys.
It was a good idea to change the host and it worked out fine, laggs and dcs decreased a lot since than. But i don´t understand what you were trying to do today.
I´m not talking about the pets and the lost items. (a rollback of 30min could have solve it)....but giving each player 50 silks as apologies, when there are some who lost a lot more than others, and what about the stallchars in the towns, they got a 50 silkreward too for beeing lvl 1 and stalling items?,....that´s totaly unfair imo.
Fix all your mistakes you have made in the last 2 days, maybe do a new beta test and test rly how to run a server and than make a new start. Ppl getting disapointed allrdy (like me).
But do something bevore ppl starting now to donate.
