THE BEST Sugestion to balance CH & EU in ur forum is:
- don't try to weaken the "strong" builds too much, just strengthen the weaker ones
- the only skills that should be weakened are the "party buffs" of the european builds, so that the individual builds stay strong but the overpowered 8/8 euro pts get nerfed a little bit (nobody wants his favourite build to be nerfed)
- max + on devil spirit should be 6, and PLEASE delete the blocking rate on it
- vigors are at 20% at the beta which is the best in my opinion, 15 is too low and 25 too high (chinese chars are using vigors too so why should we weaken all chars?!)

Cleric:
- Remove black ress
- Bless Spell max level 12, duration 30sec
- Offering cooldown higher (but 10min is too much in my opinion)
- phy def 158, mag def 277 (like CH def buffs)
- lower STR/INT buffs
- higher cooldown for healing skills like Holy Recovery, Healing Favor, Group Healing Breath to avoid heal spamming in pvp
- higher cooldown for group reverse (res skill)
- lower healing orbit / healing cycle (by 1 level)
- Integrity and Innocent should share cooldown & higher cooldown for both (same as cure buff of force)
Warrior:
- delete damage return passive of 2hs
- delete knock back of Dare Devil & Bash (most useless sh!t ever, warriors have enough KB skills, btw i'm a warrior myself)
- Screen coolodwn 7-8min, duration 30sec, don't let the screens overlap (ultimate screen for 1 char; physical + morale screen for 1 char)
- Iron/Mana Skin cooldown 5min, duration 30sec
- don't remove phy/mag fences, just don't let them overlap with PQ (like the screens)
- maybe lower the fences/PQ a little bit (50% ?!)
- Sprint Assault stun probability 33% > 20%
Wizard:
not much to say about wizards, they are nothing without the pt buffs
=> weaken the pt buffs, the wizards will get weakened automatically
Warlock:
- disable Warlock for STR builds
- lower the reflect damage
- lower the stun probability of Scream Mask (35% > 20%)
Rogue:
- lowering the Dagger Desperate & crossbow extreme skills will be crucial.. seriously; they are easy to kill with these skills already
- the only thing that might be changed is the bleed probability
- delete Scud because of the speed bug, or try to solve the bug on a different way
Bard:
- Radius of tambours/dances from 70 meters to 25 meters

what i would like to add to his skill changes:
Nukers in general:
- they definitely need more damage
Bowers:
(they definitely have to get stronger, the knock back skills share cooldown now, which is good, but now their def is even lower than before)
- higher stun chance
- maybe add bleed/dull to one of the skills
- passive skill: higher damage when the enemy is stunned or under dull status (like 15-20% or something, like the Triple Swing skill of warriors)
Glaviers:
- Soul Spear Series shares cooldown (the stun skills)
Force:
- keep the debuff % up at 80%
- the shared cooldown idea is awesome imo => no fully debuffed nukers, better pill cure timing
Think about it.
Anyway Force SHT BACK 75-80% !! Force with 55% chance it's one big bll sht !
Why ? it's easy answer , when u have only 55% chance to status u can easy remove 1-2 status with special pill's and build with Force hvnt chance in pvp.
CH char's sht get BUFF 10-15% dmg more.
