-wipe everything
-lower rates and open new grind spots, it should take atleast a week to get 90 at max speed
-fix autoevents
-adjust skills
-make new job caves and open them when certain number of people reach 90
-hire some trustable professional people to be GM and actually be there ONLY to interract with players. Don't hire some random buttlickers from forum
Those are my suggestions about it. All friends that quitted said that they would rejoin if there was wipe. I am sure that even if you wipe everything you will get new donators.
Anyway first 14days were fun but after you reached 90 you start to notice those problems.

Abusers Banned and There are many updates the upcoming days and today there will be an update ,,, Server already got 1550/2000 after banning over 200 players yesterday .. so DONT LISTEN TO HATERS , It's Job Based and Awesome Server !

sorry but the truth is the server needs a reset, and i'll suffer with it but i'd rather that then keep going with it as it is atm, and don't come saying i'm a hater cuz i'm not... Alright many ppl banned awesome! but what someone said before is true, the gold is in circulation, im a recent player and i've heard from old players that first sos prices were 100-200m, go dw and check them now. LastThief wrote in notice that the richest guy on server has 15b, obviously the cheaters spent the gold in everything they needed and are now OP! also if the richest guy has 15b, how come a sos+7 weapon, wich is nothing extraordinary(actually pretty normal not hard to make or get) costs 8-10b, please explain me this.. the economy of the server is ****** up, either u let it settle by time(1-2weeks maybe 1month) and meanwhile the players leave OR

Server is already destroyed by teams incompetence, not by the community. Don't go too deep tho, soon your head will be stuck in there too.
Sincerely, top 5 player (job/items) before quitting with many billions that didn't use any bugs.
