. pay2win it would be if the non-donators couldn't buy prem and devil and all items from item mall. Even if there is no vote for silk , free silk, it still isn't pay2win as long as donators sell item mall items to other players. Selling items for gold isn't a big advantage since there are alot of ways to make money in sro.
