It's a low Rate Server. The Developer always try to bring up all new things in.

Get character high lv, ddos start ( who whould attack a server like this one ?) ,server gets closed , time never gets back..

you should start an instant pvp server with 12dg

If i wanted to do that i would simply play iSRO, botting in parties 24/7 and its guaranteed that it will never close so if you will keep on being stubborn u will end up w/ 40~100 people max. on your server but anyways GL.
