Ok, I'll make this clear because of the recent reports/actions
We moderators DO NOT allow post commenting how corrupted a server is. Even if there are proofs.
The reasons is because we cannot take any action against the servers(accusation target). Also we want to ensure the server's integrity to avoid the server get affected due to our boards
Such posts will get labeled as spam and will be deleted.

Action: DDoS threads/posts
Grade: Very Low
Consequence: post deleted
Overview: Any Post or thread that expresses an intention of DDoS any server will be remove to prevent war threads and and spam commnets. The post/thread will be deleted but since the DDoS happens outside our jurisdiction, thus not in our forum, there is little we can do to prevent/punish the user doing it

Action: Content steal
Grade: Medium
Consequence: post deleted/user(s) punished
Overview:Any thread that uses content from other threads, and I specify:- Welcome messages
- Pictures
- Videos
- Titles and names*
will be deleted and the user warned according to his infraction status. Any means to post this again will result on a immediate deletion, according to our spam rules and not following a moderator(s) advice. The user that wants to have it's thread undeleted to change it's content, please contact a moderator or if you like, post the thread again, of course, with the changed section.
List of exceptions:
- Similar phrases: if the phrase is similar and doesnt look copy>pasted, it will be ignored
- Titles and names: (*here) Titles that have similar names will be reviewed with the mods, as same titles doesnt really mean same server/owners. We will, however, close the thread if the server is the same that is being advertised.

Consequences after refunding from Bigpoint?
12/09/2013 - DarkOrbit - 12 Replies
Hello Darkorbit community,
I'd like to ask you some questions. I bought sth from BP and then refunded that (I payed with Paypal). Paypal charged my card with the refunded amount of money and then I just cashed it out. Now Bigpoint are e-mailing me that I must pay back the money. So, are they able to do sth more serious than 'emailing'? I mean lawyers, judgement and so... Please, I want answers from experienced people, who have already done this before. Do I have to take that onserious or just...
