This is a nice and useful post but the Server owners need to be careful when choosing anyone as a Beta, AS, EM, GA or whatever title you make.
We all know that mostly Egyptians and Arabians (and maybe a lot of Turks) play this game and most of them are incompetent.

And before people start defending them-selfs or something I say this because I've played so many sro servers and I might even say I haven't met a smart one that know how to properly speak english and spams noob to anything he/she doesn't like.

I suggest when you like someones' Bio make sure you use a camera chat contact to make sure that the person on the other side is not just pulling your chain and lies about his age or game experience.

Mind using this and maybe people would join your server as BETA because in the way the you asked BETA testers people would not even bother to read what you need.
