What are you looking for in a Server?

I want honest opinions of what you are exactly looking for in a server. I know every expects free silk and stuff but you have to realize only himachi servers are free dedicated boxes costs real money. So if your going to say free silk dont even bother posting.

I own Divine Sro Server and I am looking for what people want in a server and if its a reality and I can make it work then ill do it on my server. Now realize all suggestions must be fair for all players. You cannot say well just give me a full 12d sun set and no one else.

My server is a compeition server. Meaning everything everyone has they had to work for. We dont give away free weps,armor or accessories in my server. We dont sell gold,weps,armor or acessories. So once again if this is your suggestion to do this then go to a himachi server.

I was thinking of adding fortress war everyday or every other day on the server but with only 80 people online its kinda useless. We are trying to attract some good top notch players. We dont want a server full of noobs. We have all kinds of events and a prize system up with ice trophy's and a price list for the ice trophy's.

I just need input from a wide array of players what would make a server the best server you ever played on?

Jobbing should be very important, like if there was a chance of getting an sox by completing a 5* trade (increase in chance for 10*, higher for 15* etc), chance of sox drop for hunters for protecting trades, and chance of sox drop for killing trades. Idk if that's possible but if not than making a special jobbing shop where you can only buy certain items depending on your jobbing level, or a special coin dropping for jobbing or something like that, no matter what jobbing should be #1 importance on an SRO server.

Guild Wars should have an incentive too, maybe it's possible to give guild titles for the strongest guilds on the server who win the most guild wars? (Almost no one does Guild Wars on private nor official servers!) Keeping guilds focusing on being the best, causing a lot of drama and competition (which is always fun).

Making unions non-existent or limited to 2 guilds, and I say this to keep up competition, most servers have like 1 or 2 big unions and a bunch of straggler guilds, creating a limit or having no unions makes way more guilds in competition with each other, increasing activity and competition!

FW every day is a great idea! Keeps people having to come back and protect their fortress or have another chance to win it to increase activity.

Uniques should appear on a random, unknown location on the map and very rarely making them truly unique! I'm so sick of seeing TG spawn and 2 seconds later seeing her killed by the same guy every hour.

EDIT: Actually, Sox shouldn't even be in the server, but items that LOOK like Sox, or special glows can drop, but the stats wouldn't be affected, keeping a few select players from becoming overpowered.

free silks with high magip pop rate.. (it looks noobie but lot of wants it) ,400-500rates, high sox drop rate, d11 or d12, some new stuff. like sox items at npc or sox for uniq kills..

Serv w/o turkish, egy players, 100 or lowest cap, mid rates, good sox rates.

The server should have unique stuff which no other server have. The rates should be under 50x so it takes few days to hit cap. Magic pop disabled so silk buyers can't get overpowered easy. A nice community with active gm's who makes good events, not these unique events which are boring as hell. No laggs whatsoever. Trying making several options in endgame to get gear, not only grinding.

Divine SRO is without turks, just some egypts but if they **** off they get chat block or ban for 1day - forever.
We got no laggs and Magic pop rate is almost 0...the only usefull thing u can get from magic pop is GDF and you get one magic pop card if u make a new char.
the alchemy rate isnt that high that everybody would run with +15 weapons, the most got +7 and i think thats ok.
the nova drop rate is high but at 12d cap normal items are better than novas anyways.
the exp/sp rate is good enough, u dont get 120 in 5 minutes but u also dont need to bot 7 days 24/7
and in the end: we got enough event-gms who do their job well, they are doing different events (for example: survival event, hide´n´seek, PvP-Event, and much more)
