The server was supposed to open at 16h and now its 16h45 so , it will be on in 1h15

If you understood anything about the problem, you would understand why. It is not from the amount of users connecting. Issue with Apache on myBB. We have take forums down and everything is fine now, IRC is running smooth.
Just because it is delayed 2Hours, does not make it instantly fake project.

I have one little question for Eckoro (If he's not too busy and if he can see this message with all this spam) :
The forum and the emulator seems to run on the same machine, when Apache2 will maybe fail again and use 100% of the CPU, does the emulator will prevent any problem by allocating his own ressources?

1- no auto spawn unique
2- no auto spawn mobs
3- no hp and mp collecting right
4- mobs no right attack players
