Can't Start Swsro!

Hi guys, i cant start swsro. i got all datas in my folder and the silkmod, too.
but if i start launcher i get following error messages in this order:

1.
2.
3.
4.
5.


and at least a picture of my swsro-folder:



and if i want to start swsro via SkillMod, i get "Please execute the silkroad.exe"

i hope someone can help me

You need Music.pk2; Map.pk2
