so to begin with,
what is in data,media,parti? and what may change in data,media,parti?
and the others,
does any1 know the eu skills' code?
(like a chinese:Annihilating Blade Series - SKILL_CH_SPEAR_PIERCE_X)
is it possible to change ch skills to eu and ch weps to eu without getting any bugs? (glavie-->2hand,emperor-->dare devil etc.)

Data=Moves,objects,items(the colors and skelets of them too)
Media=Icons , .txt files which are necessary.
Particles=effects

It's possible.I saw some edits , where they changed the Lion shock skill to the wizard earth ground skill^^ There could appear some bugs, so you should make every time a backup

i found a tut for editing but that path doesnt even exist what it writes

You cant change ch to eu skills if the client you are using doesnt have those skills in their media/data.pk2. You could try and use the data.pk2 from isro and edit the skill effects in your psro media.pk2, which should work without any bugs.

Easy guide to do this:

swsro's pk2s contains eu ^^

All Clients contain EU and CH. You can change the bsr or do it through media.pk2 edit in itemdata.txt.
For skills you can change the effects in skilleffect.txt. just click ctrl+f to find the efp effect and change it to the effect you wish.

yeah a friend sent me praticles.pk2 for ecsro and the lion looked like the earth ground skill

well i wanna learn how to and not just dl an edited pk2 :P i hope u can teach me and anyway ive already have very basic knowledge(clothes-->other clothes/avatar etc)
