char stcuked

i got dc last night, and now when im trying to login, everythime i select the char and loading finishes, i see the char for 1 sec and the game just crash.
how can I fix it?

1. press delete char, then re-load char
2. reinstall the game
3. post ur problem on srokey forums and pray to get help
