[PROGRESS] of fixing the Server files!

Now I'm gonna tell some facts.
You need all the machine managers IF YOU RUN EVERY SINGLE SERVER ON DIFFRENT MACHINE (just like joymax).
These files are clearly from GNGWC because where else would we find all the servers at 1 place?

So we are capable of running the server with only 1 machine manager :P Hurreh!

Can anyone pls update his edited port.ini and ips.ini since when I edit mine, the Globalmanager can't connect to the database anymore, although I did not make any changes in the sql.ini !

This is my link.ini port.ini and ips.ini i only removed those download and machine managers in the port.ini (i think)
please backup your own edited files before you put this one in it.
i don't know if this is the right one but it looks like it is.

and change the shard, agent and gameserver port to 30005 in the server.cfg

this would only fix the cannot establish session thing
and the downloadserver which couldn't get a server cord.

is this a joke of joymax's programmers or is it just a fail?

Can we already download stuff from the downloadserver ?
And I think I've got the right column names for the _REFLEVEL table. I have to test some stuff now and if I'm right, ill post it^^

@kevin_owner with your config files, i get an "execute query error : exec _AddCurrentUserCount 64, 0, '2010-5-8 12:23:1' " in the global manager after ~2-3 minutes. The error after it: SQL Error State:42000, Native Error Code: 1FD2, ODBC Error: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Procedure _AddCurrentUserCount has no parameters and arguments were supplied.

I think its a problem with the procedure itself! I will try to fix it...

Yeah that procedure doesn't have a query so it gives an error:P

EDIT:

How can i open those .dat files of the certifications properly. wordpad shows me some data but it has a lot of wrong icons.

Does anybody fixed the problems with the _REF-Tables ?? If not, can't we cath the errors? Perhaps the error looks like "Column xyz not found". Then we could have all real column names !

I tested it witht he Normal windows Editor and with Notepad++, but in all cases there were many wrong icons, I think its because some data is writtin in another language like Chinese or Japan so that we cant read it!

Thanks i already tought that those things are in korean or something like that. lucianoaibar made a sqllog so you can see which query's go to the sql server but those _REF tables are SELECT * FROM _REF... so you don't know which columns it wants.

btw i've been messing with the data of cert and do we need all these servers/managers too?

I've seen those names in the sname.dat(in the spoiler)But is this just what the cert can handle or some things we need.

Guys have you ever looked in the strings of e.g. the ShardManager or the GameServer ?!!
Someone needs to get the full database ^^ ( Perhaps here is an uber hacker who knows how to get into the database Server and uses a sql injection to dump their complete database and download it^^)

There are many queries which we dont have and already the _GameWorldInitialize procedure might have so much code that we need very good sql coders and much time !

the database you have found is only 5MB lol, I suppose the real one is much more than you think.
the main thing is the DATABASE, if you don't have it so....nothing will out i guess.

Figuring out the database is "just" sitting down, write up everything you can come up with that the server has to save. Then keep track of what kind of information each thing contains. Perhaps you guys should attempt to get someone with real skills to help out, someone who doesn't necessarily play SRO, but wants to take on a challenge

Where are all the certification files cuz i think i forgot one cuz my globalmanagers keeps freezing(not a crash cuz it can cert all the other servers) when i have less than 54 servers in the port.ini or less than 47 in ips.ini.
