GlobalManager - Official IP Detected Error.

Im setting a test server on a laptop. Purely to mess around with coding adding/removing items. - Im bored and want a "project" to tide me over until work is backon.

Im getting a GlobalManager error when launching. - Loads but shows fatal errors. Just two.
"Max user count restriction per IP. system default infinite."
"[GlobalManager]Offical IP Detected, Official IP pass the max user IP count"



I've googled and googled. It points to the _PriviligedIP. Iv have checked and double checked this literally has my laptops IPV4 address on the first row and thats it. - Is there something else im missing?



When i launch "GatewayServer"
I also get a "Fatal - 0 privilaged IP has been loaded"
My guess is this is linked to the top IP problem?

My last error, which i think is Database related?
"DBTable Loading Failed _REFSKILL(Exeption Catched)
