GlobalManager error at opening

i set all ip(hamachi) at .ini files and server.cfg

well, you just have to open the 3 - CustomCertificationServer and then re-open GlobalManager..

my problem is that, i already have the cert open, but i'm still getting error

well.. idk if i fixed it but.. in server.cfg i changed the 32001 for 3200 and opened
